Ms. Pettican, you do not give yourself enough credit. Look at all of the obligations you have in a week. Try calling Norwich and see if they have an affiliate in Essex. You could always see if there is an aquatic exercise program in your area too. It is less physically demanding because the warm water supports your weight. It feels great too. I go to a small rehab clinic where it is one on one so it’s less demanding, but less fun as well. Congratulations on your nomination and getting Mc Fly tickets!! I don’t know which one is better for you!!! Either way, YOU ARE A WINNER!!! Try the magnesium oil that I’ve mentioned for the fatigue, bloating and soreness. It should help balance you out. Another natural treatment is Root Beer Oil which contains DMSO for the local pains and aches. Well that’s another week down. Thanks again. PS can your kit supplies be shipped to the US? I don’t know what the current exchange rate is, either.
Thank you Gordon. I love the water but I'd really struggle with a class like that my legs just go heavy and decide they don't want to work like legs as soon as I get out of the pool so it's not something I can do on my own unfortunately. Haha thank you, I've got to wait til May for Mcfly so the nomination is better right now :P I've been taking magnesium tablets and have an oil spray haven't found it particularly helpful yet but it's been a full on few weeks. Vast majority are amazon links so I would hope so. All the other suppliers are in the UK most of them ship to the US but obviously it becomes expensive. Because of Brexit the exchange rate is probably pretty good for you right now so look into it :P
You need to watch my last video about my chronic illness exercise playlist, you can do it at home using you tube and build up to the gym, please don’t cry. You need to be more compassionate with yourself and remember what big changes you have been through you look back see everything you managed to achieve and you can do this I believe in you xxxx
Thanks Beverley I will definitely take a look. For now i'm just going to try and start going back to basics and building up dog walks until I'm ready to try again x
