I always found once A2W days you need help, they were very fast. There is also the question who owns the kit you get A2W. the odd problems I have I work in R&D so they are very protected about what kit you use and the Software you use. (we are not even allowed to use Grammarly and Google Translate) random people in the office they are protected about. so the firm I work for got everything them self (I did not really need a support worker, and people who have needed them have to work in a closed office and the support is not allow in meeting, and there is limit on which project you can work on as well,
