14:37 GOLDEN ADVICE! Guysss and Galss, please heed this advice. I totally feel Nick and would also try so hard to make people realise Retirement is not far away at all.
I fully agree with him and I'm 90s kid coming from a disadvantaged single family that needed to work since 15yo while schooling. If you are in a poor family furthermore you think to get out of the cycle.
one vid on time management pls wud luv to hear Nic's advice on 1-how to not be bothered by what other ppl say or think abt u(Nic mentioned a PC task manager like idea, is this important right now, if not throw awaY) 2-how to manage time 3-how to avoid backlog 4-how to not binge(to relax) when super stressed, and instead get work done.
Love this ep, hitting home since I'm turning 29 next year 😭😭 Abit bittersweet to meee and hoping for 3 of you to hit your adulting goals! Also funny that you guys inferred Nick "dying and starving" from one of the previous episodes HAHAH
Friendships are definitely important but not just any frens, good friends that you feel positive around them. Also leaving friendships because the common ground once had is no longer there
depends on the state u have actual sheriffs judging ur driving... i actually counted 1 mississippi to 5 then turnt on a STOP SIGN!! IN A NON CONGESTED AREA!!!... they said i failed on it... then they wanted me to merge on the next lane of road... i had some a-hole speed up so i slowed down to merge... they said i failed on that? i mean should i sped up n overtooken them? the last one was let me go thru everything i passed she said just to say my car smells like marijuana instafail! u dont know what they want in a driver... some are more strict then others n other areas are more lenient then others... joie better off driving with a known area that are more lenient with... like i said it depends on the states not all has sheriffs/state troopers doing the driving courses
mmmm tbh 1-imvho (no offence intended vsorry) in east asian culture merely stating that Im proud of what i did is considered worthy of getting one cancelled(digital version of pariah). Like too strict. 2-I think it has to do with how we derive humility, in my culture (God enabled my work to bear fruit and then come others to whom im thankful) In east asian culture, due to lack of the concept of God the creator who bestows us, there is more of thanking others, like filial piety reaches the extremes of ancestor worship.
Yo man, I think the dynamic that they have is really nice and put together really well. Perhaps the dislike for this alleged humblebragging comes from a place of personal issues, but we should be more supportive of people celebrating their achievements. Most of us in Singapore are very self-critical, so it's nice to see someone be proud of their efforts without rubbing it in your face. Chin up, King! Hope you'll soon have achievements that you'll be happy to share with others. I also hope that no one shades you about it like you're doing now LOL
What is on your adulting checklist? 🗒✍🏻
Earning enough to let my parents' enjoy and travel with the financial blessings I hope to attain 🙏

Get your license here. You won't learn how to drive a car properly in the US. Switching sides of the road to drive on is easy.
If Manual maybe Joie might fail twice, if Auto Joie sure pass lah so easy.
8:32, 14:04
get driving license
