Finally someone that answer my question, I'm only asking what's the possibility that VBA can help me to do my job. Most of the content just give me tutorial on how to use it. But before I'm going to learn it i just want to know is it worth it to learn it and your video help answered my question

@RobertGuilman - happy to help! Curious- Have you been able to make use of VBA in your job since watching this? It’s even easier these days with AI!

Thanks Sean, it is exactly what I wanted to know. Also been following Wise Owl for quite some time and his playlist on VBA is really awesome 🙏

VBA can do much more than this when connected with SQL server/SSAS. It can handle hundreds million transactions and unlimited sql code execution. It is really amazing tool.

Your comments made me interested to learn VBA. Could you help with complete pathways to learn VBA?? As you are saying It can do much more when connected with SQL. Where to learn that bridge of Excel to Sql??
      Hope your valuable information.

Vba can do _ as others users commented _ many more things on office files and applications AND others objects...
I remember automating creation of batch files then running them to launch a crypting program and then protecting datas...
the weak point, according to me, is to handle with web browsers and web datas easily....

Hello, I'm doing an internship where I should use VB to automatically generate Microsoft Visio Schemes and Diagrams for industrial purposes, do you have any source documentation or videos that I can look into ? Thank you!

Hi. Did you start? :-D Kind of late. But I would say - it's a good language to know so you know how much other languages are. VBA is making me create basic function to check if something is in list/array and so on. I learned A LOT of basic stuff and met a lot of interesting people on the internet because of it. There are people that are actively developing better solution to write the code inside the excel/Access rubberduckvba.com/ so even if it's 15 years old, it won't be dead for a long time. Sometimes, you co-worker is happy to just click on a toolbar "coworker name" and click on the button "do the stuff quickly", no external applications. :-)

This is VBA bro, not VB.NET. As long as people still use Excel or Access, this programming language never die.

This is a case of common knowledge that is inaccurate. VBA can be the right tool, depending on the project.

@@superandreanintendo If you know VBA well, you can also write VBscript which can be launched directly from Windows.
