We are paid so poorly in Nigeria saving up for NCLEX is alot Please are there agencies that sponsor Nigerian nurses to write NCLEX? Or can you please suggest anything that can help?
Hello!! I just got my CES Report and it shows I had deficits in Geriatric Nursing which was an omission from my school, They have already sent the report to Texas board of nursing 😢, I hope this won’t affect me much when it get there or what can I quickly do 🙏
@@samsonnaza yeah, most people don't know they have to take the exam. I had a friend who didn't want to study for any extra exam other than the NCLEX and IELTS 😂. Even the IELTS are still a struggle for many.
It is a personal decision, like I said in most of my videos that during my time, SA wasn’t giving most Nigerians visas to visit their country and will hold on to the passport for about 4months and still deny them, making them pay another money because their ATT expired
Do you get accepted by an agency before you start this whole process explained in the video or you have to do the whole process first before looking for an agency

No, why because that’s not what BONs and CGFNS accept for endorsement and visascreen respectively. Concerning contracts, whether is staffing or direct hire you will still have to sign a contract but no contract can tie you down. There is always a termination clause, if you want to leave the client facility just fulfill that clause and you are free to walk

Yes I did endorsement I endorsed my TBON single license to Maryland compact license because I was living there then. When I moved to New Jersey, I endorsed my license to New Jersey single state license

@@samsonnaza alright. Prior to the agency processing my whole visa assuming am to work in California but have Texas license from Nigeria when I was doing TBON pre NCLEX Hope it won't be a barrier for the agency on my side because California require SSN but I can't get it unless am in Us
@@GLOBALBL now I understand your question So basically, you can work with your Texas license without having your SSN just yet in any COMPACT state because Texas is part of the compact state. Note, not all states are compact state like California, New York etc are not compact states. For these states you can always do your endorsement to work in them and you must have your SSN and license before you can work in these states. Where as in a compact states, you can work while you are waiting for your SSN and your endorsement to come through I hope this is a better explanation if not shoot me a message on IG so I can send you a voice note

Call CGFNS on Monday, speak to them
Also how and why did your school omit it? Have your school send the correct transcripts to CGFNS asap.

It took me about 5-6months POST NCLEX and about a year to write the NCLEX

I went to the UK for my NCLEX. I applied for a 6months visiting visa. The visa took 3weeks to be processed

Nope. A basic nursing programme or postbasic nursing programme is also fine.
