For every other comparison:
"In Windows A, you can do x. In Windows B, you can do x + y"
For Windows 11:
"Windows 10 you can do x. In Windows 11, you cannot."
It's the only downgrade.
Fun fact: You forgot how the "Desktop" folder in windows 8/8.1 still has the Windows 7 logo.

28:02 another way to get to control panel in windows 8 is by going to charms then settings then control panel. This only works when you are in the desktop

2. Language button in logon screen
Vista is left bottom near right ease of access
Win 7 is left top
Win 8 is right bottom near left power
Win 10 and 11 is right bottom near left network
The UAC in RTM says PC,in 21H1 says Device.
The first ever build of Windows NT was Windows NT 3.1 Build 196.1, which was very unstable, but it worked.

Windows XP actually has the luna theme but if you change Luna theme color to silver it will look more like the windows 7 basic theme
