I saw this tour in Milwaukee and it was life changing!!! One thing I LOVED was the production with her vocals. They really figured out where to support her with the backup vocal and where to let her voice shine. If she sang the whole show live, people would talk shit that her vocal is weak. If she lip-synced the whole thing, folks would bitch that she dubbed the whole show. Take that sh*t somewhere else. The real fans KNOW!!! This woman knows how to ENTERTAIN!!!!!!! 😍

Backing vocals or not… Her projection was very strong on this tour, singing from the diaphragm, chest, etc. Her earlier days were more "carefree" kind of, "casual" but nasal and high-pitched singing, in a little girl voice almost. For example "I’m Real" remix with Ja Rule. And "All I Have". Just two examples… basic, easy breezy, with Ashanti on the choruses. Haha. Jk. But this tour, she definitely projected a lot. And while dancing and holding a mic, too. Then, after this, at the Super Bowl 2020 with Shakira, she really projected as well.
