+RocksRealNice523 - Dry Baby is a solid 7 out of 10, what are you smoking? It's not the Necronomicon effect that makes it worth it, if that's all it did yes it'd be a rather low-tier item. But it basically cuts half of the flak you need to avoid on bullet hell bosses.
Honestly, i would have dropped this run like on caves 2 with this shit damage. He managed to live till damn Cathedral. NL got some serious skills and patience.
It was the fucking best seeing him not get a devil deal item that would help from The Fallen, like Brimstone, or basically almost any passive other than the familiars, and he got headless baby. Fucking stellar
