@avverso that is a form of chan quan, or long fist or long boxing, its pretty cool isn't it? in usa its hard to find a wu shu school!!! i used to practice it in mexico city.. and i took some seminary with yu li quan it was awesome...
becoming more like gymnastics... I liked it up 'til early 2000...
