Hey brother, nice and concise version of my method! I talk too much 🤣 Not sure if you've seen my newest video that turns the stock caster into a wide caster with two wheels, but i haven't done a full build on video on that, which you might also want to cover. If i recall correctly you're going to do a brushless install video? Nice work all around man.
Thanks man your method works great, I forgot to give you some credit sorry about that! I did see your newest video on the dual wheel stock caster mod, looks like it will work well and I'm kind of interested to see what the ride is like. Funny enough I just picked up another stock cart tonight I'm gonna order all the pieces for a second brushless build... should have it ready soon. This time I'm recording everything and gonna have a full walkthrough for it. Also putting together a spread sheet similar to yours for the brushless build I'm still doing some R&D the good thing is it is all widely used Ebike&E-Board parts nothing propriety only pain is making your own motor mount from a sheet of aluminum but its really not hard if you got a sledge hammer and blow torch lol.
@@DanielJack710 bro it's all good man, I don't think for a moment you have any bad intentions. As far as your build, I'm so excited to see that shit! I think it's clear we just want to help people 👍 I'll wait patiently for that bills video. As far as the stock caster mod, it's definitely better than stock. The thing about the roller blade wheels (and I'll mention it in my build video) is that because they are narrow they tend to track with grooves in the ground whereas the longboard wheels roll right over that stuff. Longboard will definitely be the best, but I'm glad there's a cheaper "in the meantime" sorry if workaround for a stock caster.
Hey man I did this method and when I tighten the kingpins down into the drift bar the casters get tight and dont spin freely.Do you know why this is happening?
Love it bro🤟
