After 5 years of struggling with “friends”, I saw my businesses suffer, I went from working alone successfully, making 50k/month, to going into business with friends to bring them up, they dragged me down to the dirt. Finally, 1 month ago I cut the ties, I drink coffee alone, you get my time only for business and work. A lone wolf is stronger than a pack of sheep. Learn from other people’s mistakes- mine included

I thank myself for never giving up even when it was very hard I kept pushing through until I made it out. My advice is that If you do your own investing, have you ever thought whether you should turn things over to a financial advisor? If you have significant assets, you have probably felt anxiety when making choices with your money. Perhaps you sensed that you might make better investing decisions if you knew just a little more and could invest without emotion. If this is the case, consulting a financial advisor makes perfect sense.

You’re right! Working with a financial advisor will genuinely set you up for success in life. I’m delighted I was able to hire a financial advisor named John Desmond Heppolette, earlier this year. Because while others were grumbling about the downturn in the markets due to the state of the economy, I was busy learning from him and eventually made over seven figures in the first quarter alone.

It actually almost ruined my life. It ruined my relationships, and friendships; never served my career, and almost destroyed my mental and physical health. I've learned to soften my heart. Trust me that is the only way. Softening your heart isn't going to make you weaker, it's actually going to make you unbreakable. The harder you are the quicker you crack. Great video but if you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life, Successful people don't become that way overnight. most people see at a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life too 🙏🙏🙏

In certain situations water becomes ice to accommodate the circumstances. And ice isn't soft.
You fail to see that in the very same statement, you claim that one should be flexible and follow all ways, yet you exclude a specific way. A philosophy of water is that of harmony and adaptation. But if you truly want to be like water, you must inhabit whatever way that best suits your circumstances. Sometimes you need to be tough, sometimes you need to be soft. Sometimes brave, sometimes cowardly, sometimes strong, sometimes weak and so on.

I'd choose my daughter's 16th birthday, over being flat broke homeless(first of all that won't happen and even if it does; I know how to make a killing even on less). Because that condition is but a temporary endeavor.
But as a human being and a father, your main responsibility that comes first is not your business, money, or work. It is your family. You can make billions in life and in death, you only get a funeral and 6 feet burial if you're lucky. I've known many men who were left for dead on their deathbed. Men like Pena are one of them.
Financial success is just one part of the equation. And honestly, you don't need Bullshit advice from these seminar gurus to be happy in life. Bullshitting with high and might words is how they sell their success that comes at cost of abusing labor power.
You choose what you want in life and when you've decided; just keep trying until you get it.

Being 'hard' can only be used when you know what you want, but you need to address 2 things first.
    1. You need to know what you want professionally and personally, you should aim high.
    2. You need to know what consequences it brings to your life (pros vs cons) regarding decision in the short term and long term. See if you are ok with that.
For instance many people want to be pilots or international business man, this generally has the consequence that you will spend very limited time with your family due to travelling if you want to be successful at this positions, especially pilot since there is a strong investment required time and money to achieve it.
So choose, but choose wise, money is not everything but laying in the coach is also not an option.

Believe me I was rarely scared the first time, I went into Combat, when I was 18 or 19 years old .I was never afraid of being injured or killed, I was only afraid I would freeze up or do something that would get my Squad mates hurt or killed, but once those first Rounds fly past your head, everything falls into place I suppose your training and pure survival instincts take over and the fear melts away, sometimes you just have to jump, into things or get thrown into them inorder to move past your Fears, I don't mean become a combat soldier, I just mean that you have too jump off the porch and get dirty in life

His speech tells most of us who we really are, and that is we never go for enough. We always stop short and say this is enough. Probably out of fear of losing what we have gained. To do these actions can be very difficult with an immediate family. Most likely to act alone is for the best. I agree with his assessment, but realize that the fulfillment is for the very few.

On another note, I do agree that we must be intentional about how we raise our children. I look for ways to teach my son life lessons every chance I get and am highly aware that while I did not have a father and am not yet the man I want I want to be, it is still within my power to help build my son into the type of man I know to be great. When I am teaching my son certain lessons it's as if I am teaching us BOTH.
Lastly I am less concerned personally with wealth and more concerned with strength of mind which he seems to have much to say about in this particular clip, but he does seem to be harsh in how he communicates in general- but hey whoever it helps, great!
