It was too a staple in our home. When we heard this song in my grandmothers home, it seemed like we all paused and focused on it with great joy. Truly it blessed the hearts of many. Not to mention, back then, Sunday's were reverenced.

I was faithful listener and used to record the songs off the show, until I went the bought albums that were aired! That's how I stayed in the know of the gospel music that day in 1980's and 1990's.

I don't even remember why it went off the air or what. I remember one Sunday morning putting on the station to hear Inspirations when it was replaced by Gospel Traxx with Walt Baby Love. Whatever happened to Walt Baby Love as well? Thanks to whoever responds and knows.
Inspirations Across America was how my love for Gospel music developed!! Sad to hear the great Burke Johnson has transitioned. Walt "Baby" Love and Gospel Traxx are still going strong though.
I remember this song I sang it once with a group I put together! it was really special and great! I wont forget it! but what I found out about Edwin and his brother walter was so terrible and disturbing and a shame! but the song is what is good!
