The media is controlled by a small group who want desperately to keep African descendants down all over the world. This is the reason Beyoncé is not getting the love she deserves, she dared to show solidarity for “those” people who are finally waking up and this video is powerful.

Unfortunately I'm already having to do that. Science too cause around here we legit got preachers teaching biology classes and refusing to actually teach basic biology. Kids never hear the truth about any struggle for justice in school. From civil rights, labor, whatever. It's either erased or whitewashed to the point of being dishonest. And our kids gotta know the history of humanity if we ever hope to fix any of these problems.

Michael A. I remember a breakfast program and orange juice in the morning. It may be connected or inspired by this. The school I went to didn't have blacks. It had Mexican, American Indians, some Japanese and very few whites. I was in many classes the only white and I am a indian mix. I enjoyed the orange juice. It was something we never ever got at home. We also never got much sweets so I had to dilute the juice with water, it was too sweet but yummy.

Movements built around social justice have always been vilified, especially those movements that have the greatest chance of succeeding. This vilification is likely due to a possibility of leveling the playing field which goes against the philosophy of a class structure. Howard Zinn provides some of the earliest examples of this need to preserve a class structure by vilifying acts of social justice.

The truth of any situation is never readily apparent. The truth involves in having an open mind, a thirst for knowledge and an ability to put aside preconceived notions of what we assume we know. The status quo will remain such because no one in power wants to lose that power. No one on power wants to share that power. The people in power assume that they will be treated the way that they have treated others. Power to the people!
