It's really called "The hero who is overpowered but overly cautious" or something like that.
It's hilarious, there was only one clip in this from that show but I can't for my life understand why they chose that one.
There are like 2 or 3 of them in every episode and this was probably the tamest one.
The girl Simping for him is a literal Goddess and technically his master which makes it even funnier.
My personal favorite is when a woman who is also the captain of the royal forces gets mad at him and try to slap him and he just casually blocks it and then slaps her, this goes on for a while, the thing is, as the title suggests, that he is *really* overpowered so his *light slaps* are like haymakers.
I don't remember the dialog but it's is pointed out that "what kind of man hits a woman" which he completely ignores, insults her womanhood and basically ends with: man, woman or child, if someone attacks me, I defend myself.

You really should watch some of the animes in this video. Konosuba and The Hero IS Over Powered But Extremely Cautious are really funny. Annoying at times, but hilarious. There's other oddities that are just as good, like Space Dandy, The Devil Is A Part Timer, and Demon Lord Retry! There's also Overlord of course. And a lot of people love cowboy Bebob as well.

That series is way too good to have been stuck at one season all this time with so much more manga left to adapt. I think they could probably back to back a season two and three no sweat by now, and it's still ongoing.
