I made this subwoofer's resonant frequency around 30Hz so it means you can still use 28Hz without any problem.
You can use any subwoofer for this box and it will play awesome!

You might ask the subwoofer could have port noise because of small port no it won't because I tuned the ported box lower if you use frequencies higher than the port tuned 30Hz you can have a turbulent free subwoofer with great performance.

I really like (watching) your plans, thank you for doing this!
My only problem is, I'm getting quite confused.. I'd like to build one myself and until a few weeks ago I was convinced that the Wbox Wbin is the best choice based on your comparison video. But so so so many promising plans came that I just don't know yet what to build.
I'd be thankful if you'd recommend me one, that you'd build right now if only one. (Would it be the Wbox Wbin?..)
I would like to buy a Master Audio LSN18/4 for this project. I know it's not that great of a sub, but I don't have much budget for it (I'm still at university 😏). I think it should be enough for a nice loud bass.
