You guys have come a long way with Pigpoke! When he first got there he was suspicious of everything. He even refused a bite of watermelon...it was just too scary! Today he knew that house was for him and he was excited to explore it. His final seal of approval was when he marked his territory by peeing in the room upstairs!

There is so much negativity about using a hutch for your rabbit. I use mine the same way you use yours. It is a place to go for my two to feel secure and safe if they are stressed out.
Like all new things it will take time for him to get used to. I'm glad you leave the doors open so he can pop in and out whenever he likes to. And it's on wheels heaven for easy use. It's quite big but you do have a big house I don't think I could of put it together though 🤔

We used a big dog ex-pen for our last two pairs (not at the same time!) But this is adorable! Oreo has an ex-pen but never uses it. He's our first really free roam rabbit. we can go away all day, or sleep at night, and he's trustworthy. not our first two pairs. that is not to say that a bunny who is not free roam is not trustworthy, they are, it's the rare bun who is totally free roam. Pigpoke is a fortunate bunny! His needs were understood and met! Good bunny parents!

Oreo, although a big bunny, has the smaller one, but we just use it, with a cloth wrapped around it to protect the wall he has his hay bin and toys, water and pellet bowls by. 😁 It gives SO much more exercise space! (Well, it did for the others, Oreo is free roam, as you know!) And I see they have plastic and types with doors now! After all of these years, we still get a thrill and excitement looking down and seeing a bunny rabbit 🐇 in our house, looking up at us! 😘🥰 You never get over it!

Adorable bunny, but I dont think this is a big enough area to close your bunny in or 2 as you suggested. If you don't allow your bunnies to freeroam 24/7 I would suggest adding a large run for extra space to a hutch this size🐰💖
I got the version that was tall with space underneath. Painted it green on the outside (didn't want to introduce something on the inside). It's for a home base as well. I will say, the wood is SUPER flimsy and soft. I locked my boy in it to clean really well with him out of the way and didn't give him enough to do in there and that wood to his teeth was like melted butter to a spoon. He would absolutely chew his way out if I kept him in there too long 😂 but it is pretty cute.

Rabbits are ground dwellers, you have to cover that hutch up. make it dark, and he'd love to get in and hide. A rabbit likes nothing more than a location that dark tight and with levels to explore.
I love the new hutch for Pigpoke. The type of Rabbit Pigpoke is he, he could not be left outside in it a hutch but this gives him his own personal space still within his home. Pigpoke likes to free roam and needs to be close to his family for constant reassurance. What lovely people you are, you unlike most put the needs of your Rabbit first. The hutch manufacturer seems to have thought of everything and he is one very lucky Rabbit. He looked so happy and not the scared frightened Rabbit who would hardly come out from behind the chair, when he first arrived. I love the part in the video, when Pigpoke is sitting with the stand in rabbit. Somebody called the toy Rabbit a Pipkin Stuffie in previous comments a long time ago, which I liked, so I always called him Stuffie. I also loved the part when Pigpoke came down the hutch steps and you stroked his head, he looked so content. You know Pigpoke’s personality, as I noticed that you did not lock any doors, and left them open for him to come and go as he wished. You really did save him and love both your Rabbits. It would be a wonderful tribute to Pipkin to have his Beware of the Attack Rabbit sign up above the hutch. You are my favourite channel and I love your videos.

I'm not a fan of hutches, its usually a lot cheaper and better for your bun to free roam. Not everyone can do that though, theres still better options
Nice digs for our Mr Poke! He deserves the best, always. What I like is that you did all the leg work - I don’t have to go through dozens of reviews and Consumer Reports to figure out what hutch is best to buy for BeBe. Just have to figure out how to get PigPoke’s hoomans to visit me and do all the assembly. 😳🐰❤️
