i recall a comedy night here in Melbourne Australia many years ago ,a fresh face stood on stage and had a go lived out hes childhood dreams ,started off nervous and a couple fellas sensed this in the stand up so heckled him to tears ,it was just heartbreaking ,hes mother walked him off the stage and then blew up at the hecklers ,all 28 of us went beserk ,the barmaid joined in ,a scuffle broke out and someone got hold off a wet mop ,it was the highlight,on the way home my partner and her brother stopped in a small bar and guess what ,the hecklers the mum the barmaid the scufflers and the mop weilder were all drinking together ,my brother inlaw at the time said they have resolved their issues but the young fella who was on stage must of gone home ,he was convinced it was all real ,if we didnt see the cast at the end i too would of been fooled ,this night with TJ does not look scripted to me
Nah...I usually love hecklers getting smacked down. I think the heckler actually helped...but still showed him to not have finesse seen in better comics.
Bottom line is respect, TJ is doing his job , you wouldn't heckle the cook making your food at a restaurant for the same reason you don't interrupt a comedy show , you just might get served some shit 🤷🏼♂️
Just saw TJ in New Westminster, British Columbia. There were 2 losers and their sad girlfriends stage right being obnoxious. TJ handled them perfectly. The show was hilarious and didn't slow down for a breath. Loved every second of it. If those "people" are reading this or anyone else that has to make everything about them, STAAAAAAP IT! We didn't pay to hear your stupid shit and TJ is not going to let you spoil our fun. On a side note, I bought the Ghost Pepper Type Shit hot sauce and the Chocolate Cherry peanut butter both are to die for. Keep up the awesomeness TJ!

This kinda ruined silicon valley a bit for me, 2 out of 5 from the main cast are the equivalent of Geordi La Forge without the visor. Its standup, if it was assup this would be nailing it. Dealing with a heckler as a comedian should be funny, instead it was just a mean streak, which proves the hecklers point.

So TJ obviously read everything the way I just have.. so why continue?
