Your videos normally are the first ones that I check out when I'm about to start the next exam. I passed PcM and PjM, now I'm heading to CE. Thank, BYoung!
I decided to have a test once per month, so I'm probably going to schedule it for mid-April. I just passed PjM this past Saturday, so I'm giving myself some time to rest and check how much I should study for the CE, or if it would be wise to test for CE
Hi! I passed PcM, but recently got a prelim fail for PjM. I was thinking of moving on to CE and then come back to PjM. Do you think this is a good idea?
I just passed my first exam! PcM Congrats on your little one, we have two little girls and they are certainly a gift. Thank you for these videos. They are a huge help and provide realistic helpful information. Thank you for what you do.
Congrats Dustin!! It feels great to get that first test passed. It’s not easy with kids, but totally worth it. Congrats on your 2 girls too, sisters are pretty cute :)
4-6 weeks is enough time, depending on your specific circumstances. Once you’ve taken PcM and PjM, you have a good grasp on contracts and what the exam process is like. So you don’t need to take months to study.
Hey AJ, thanks for your comment. It’s so normal to feel scared for a retake after a fail. Know though that you’ve already built the foundation of knowledge for this exam. Each time you take it you’ll continue building on top of what you already know so it will get EASIER each time! Imagine building a house and running into a setback once you started framing the walls. You wouldn’t scratch the whole project and start building a new one in a different location. You’d work on figuring out the issues and discover the lessons you need to learn in order to build that house. You already have the foundation there! In the episode I released this week I go deep into the best steps to take after a fail, I def recommend checking it out!
Here’s this link by the way to that video. “I Failed the ARE 5.0 | How to go from Failing to PASSING by knowing what a failed exam REALLY means” th-cam.com/video/0AEr84fgbOs/w-d-xo.html. Good luck!

New video! Nice surprise, showed up on my home page. I like your ARE exams series, so I'm going to watch this for sure.
Awesome, I’m so glad! It took me a little too long to get this episode out so I promise the next 3 will be out sooner.
Thank you! This is very helpful to understand what this exam is about! Congrats on your baby! ☺️

How long after taking PjM do you recommend taking CE?

I took CE 3 times and barely had any contract questions. Im terrified to take it again and am torn on if i should move on and come back. Any advice?

So what did you do? Taking CE tomorrow for the first time. Hope you passed.

CE is my last exam I need to pass for the ARE :) thank you for the information!
Woohoo!! So close!!
Aww I love Chico! I miss it (although don’t hate the heat). My in-laws still all live there so we visit often.
