    If you got it too tight and it won’t spin use a small pair of cutters. Stick between the prop and cup washer and gently squeeze. The bobber stop was a good idea. I looked for a while and finally just used hollow beads. I never even though about stoppers 😂

      I’ve had to do that with a couple of the Megabass heads that didn’t spin very well out of the package. Just gotta give em a little motivation lol

    Awesome video! The Okishira Screw Head is one of my favorite lures to throw! It's deadly with a 3" or 4" Slick Swim!! Cheers!!

    The parts you use what is the size of them thanks

    • @N2TW_customlures
      @N2TW_customlures  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      All of the products are linked in the video description and I’ll leave exact sizes below.
      For the washer I used the size 2 washer which I think is 1/4”. And for the bead I used the 7/32” size. The biggest thing to look for with washers and beads is the inner diameter of the hole compared to the size of barb on the hook your using. It might require you to slightly flatten the barb or drill out the holes in your components to allow them to slide on. For the 1/0 size hook I was able to slide mine on but they won’t slide over larger hooks without some adjusting. If you buy the standard blades from Barlows they are the size 3 or .89” blades. If you want colored blades from lure parts online then they are the size 2 or 7/8” size

    Great videos! Can you share what vise brand/model you use? Or maybe a video on what vise you recommend for starting to tie jigs?
    Thanks!

      I’ll link the exact vise that I use. I’ve only used a couple vises so I don’t have a ton of experience with other options but I love this vise.

    That would pair well with a BTS 603 or 607.

    • @N2TW_customlures
      @N2TW_customlures  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This particular one would fit the 603 perfect. The 607 might need a slightly larger hook but would be super easy to make

      @N2TW_customlures did you smoke your mold or use mold release? Or are you getting lucky with nothing? I've only had to smoke a couple of molds. The CNC aluminum molds are awesome. It's more costly but works flawlessly. I'll be getting that mold, probably this week. I'll use the affiliate link for now on when I shop at Barlows.

      @@kickerwormz3262 I did not smoke the mold but it definitely could use it. This head design does take some slight wiggling to get it out
