- Welcome to MS-RT. We redefine what's possible in a commercial vehicle. We take tough and reliable Ford models and give them a sporting edge with bold and expressive design. With 40 years experience behind us, every Ford MS-RT was born to impress.
Throughout this episode, MS-RT's Sales Manager James Bull tours you around our factory in Pontypool, showcasing the first three stages of production - stores, prep and paint. You'll follow parts of a Transit Custom MS-RT body kit throughout these stages where the processes and systems that we have in place are shown. Make sure to subscribe for part 2!

19.00 10/3/24 top job guys well done Mr Bull
Awesome video, great to see the behind the scenes at MS-RT, can't wait for part 2
Thanks James. Its impressive to see how far the MS-RT production process and facility has come over the years. It's certainly a very high class, high quality program now. Congratulations.
Love it! All done by hand to 😍
Do you do insurance repairs , I have a connect msport number 194 and always wonder if it got hit where would it get repaired to the right standard
Hi Scott, yes we can provide replacement parts for your vehicle. If that’s ever needed or you want more information, please drop us a message. Thanks 👍
@MS-RT do you also do the repairs in your work shop or just supply the parts for another repair shop?
Where is part 2?
It's a shame the kits are horrendous. Just had my 2018 fixed and NONE of the parts fit. When the original parts were taken off they were basically ground down the original plastics and glued thier parts on. You make your own parts now instead of the company I believe you had made in Poland or I the East. I love my van and the look but the parts just need quality R&D
Is this the factory where they try to polish a Ford turd?
Roll it in glitter.
