I actually like the idea of having a estate sale house. Yeah, at times it probably becomes pretty stuffed at times but it is all in one place. Have a great day
Man, I wish I could go to your future estate sale there! Kudos to the one behind the camera, you’re doing a great job! It seems I always use exclamation points when I come t on your videos because I’m so excited ! Lol
Thank you, I passed that along to the cameraman, I always do better when he can film. If things go back to normal, perhaps I'll have an estate sale near you
Hi George great video as always. Thank you for answering my question about antique markets. Love the little house, great potential as a former Kentuckian, don't let my husband Jamie near the house he loves fixing those types of places. Has a knack at looking past the shell and can do an amazing reno. Thank god we live in Canada. LOL PS I hid his tool box.
I thoroughly enjoyed your DEATH PILE! Thanks for taking the time to do this video.....you have some lovely things! I live about 3 hours north of you in OHIO! I love Kentucky!
Welcome aboard! I'm so glad you found my channel, and I look forward to seeing you in the comments. I premiere new videos Monday and Wednesdays, so please join in on the live chat at 8 pm eastern if you can. I almost kept the cat corkscrew, oh well! The woman who bought it loved it
Hi!! I'm still catching up on all of your videos and learning so much as well as taking notes. ☺️ What a GEM you found in that place for your business. Thank you for taking time and teaching us what you know. 🙏🏽 🤎Maddy
You made me laugh out loud with the drink and drive comment. I love your videos and find myself bingeing in the small hours, so I apologise if I’m commenting about 3 months after the posting ! Those hankies - making wedding cards using hankies to create the wedding dress seems popular on Etsy, so they should have a reasonable value
They do, I let them go cheaply but they're fun and I know a lot ended up in two scrapbookers' collections, plus a woman in Dallas who uses them daily got some too
it's going to be fun watching the little house take shape... great video... favorite piece off the top of my head was the Enid Purse... Stay Safe... Enjoy Life... From Patricia Kaehler in San Antonio, Texas
Good choice! I love those purses. you can see how the house turned out by watching one of the videos from the group who came to shop a few weeks ago, I list them in my video that came out Monday of this week
I love watching your channel. I always learn so much. Compliments to your camera person , great job. Seems you are staying safe. I know you have much in Florida to enjoy but does not seem like the place to be these days. Would love to look around your area of Kentucky, sounds wonderful.
Hello! Thanks for watching. St. Petersburg seems safe enough where I trade, they mandated masks for all people entering a business (workers or visitors). However, Kentucky's case level is stable and I'm feeling better about being there right now.
Was that a baptism area with tub & wrought iron fence around part of it? I know you mentioned your little house had served as a church at one point. Btw, I graduated from The University of Missouri. The mug is interesting.
Welcome to Kentucky! ❤️ the old shack! You have some really cool stuff in there! That fan is awesome! Thanks for showing us some of your stuff! Hope you’re enjoying being in Kentucky!
Hey George! Love you videos! Do you still have that big ole fan from the 50s? Love that and a lot of the other stuff you have. Love learning from you! Thank for your great videos!
What a GREAT place you have there! I'm almost through binge watching lol (only 5 more to go)!! I have a friend that collect vintage doilies and handkerchiefs. When you get back and catch your breathe send me an email with a price of what you have and I'm sure she'll take them off your hands.

How much is the Wisconsin lino cut of a "farm"? I would be interested. I'm subscribed and have been scrolling through your older videos to soothe my lack of estate sale woes. :)

Don't know what happened to the initial comment I posted...it went missing. I would love to roll up my sleeves and have a good rummage in your storage house! So many interesting items! There is one item I've sent you an email about. I've always wanted one, but really have nowhere to put it...I'd find a place, though 😉 Fantastic video, as always!!! Thanks for the tour!!!

Hi George, I have just started to watch your channel since lockdown. Can you tell me about the painted light shade in your dead pile please? FYI I enjoyed binge watching the bunker challenge. I followed up checking out everyone’s channels. I have discovered I am a thrifter, 90% of what I own is second hand, but I’m not a regular reseller. I tend to collect, pick-up, garage sale for fun... and when I need some cash I call a dealer and sell the lot for the cost of whatever I need the cash for. Then I have cleared some space and can go on the hunt for new to me old stuff that I’ve discovered. I’d love to know more about the painted shade, dimensions and condition. I know your busy and I’m really looking forward to seeing how you set up on that beautiful property.
Hi there! I just saw this in the comments. Please e-mail me at theantiquenomad@gmail.com and I'll try to get better photos of the painted shade and info to you. My cousin does what you do, picks and accumulates and then sells to a reseller so he can do it again, it's a fun way to make extra money and have an "excuse" to shop even when it's not for you!
I'm a new subscriber and so glad I found your channel. You are so knowledgeable about so many things. It blows my mind! I did love the carnival glass mug. How much are you asking for it?
George, I left a comment about the hankies you held up and said someting about wholesale. I am interested in how many you have and how much for the lot. I use them in my journals I sell in my Etsy shop. Thank you! Teresa
