  • In this video, I review the TIMEX Expedition Camper 39mm, a durable and affordable utility watch designed for outdoor enthusiasts. I purchased this watch from Amazon for around £35/$40 and was impressed with its features, including the TIMEX Indiglo back light. However, we noticed a small issue with a 'flat tire' on the watch face and share our thoughts on how it affects the watch's functionality. Join me in this review to see whether this TIMEX Expedition Camper is the right timepiece for your next adventure.

Hi welcome to Budget Watch Reviews! I look at watches below £200. Not everyone can afford watches that cost £100's or £1000's. So I look at watches that offer great value for money but hopefully still look great!

Great review. I purchased this a few weeks ago and im really pleased with it but it has taken a while for the strap to break in. That was my only concern. Im not worried about the missing bit of light at the bottom. It's great value compared to the others.

Great watch. Articulating ends on the band help it to conform to the wrist along with the turned down lugs. A great size and super light. The band lasted for years then I finally had to replace it. Long battery life if you don't use the indiglo often. Indiglo beats any luminescence on any watch. I now have 2 and they are my all around go to watches.

Awsome review I got me the black version 100mm WR. Just have a few matching strap and it’s a perfect travel watch.

Bought one for camping. I hate fiddling with digital watch settings. Analog is much less frustrating for me. Wanted a light up dial so I didn't have to turn on a lantern or flashlight unnecessarily. I like that it's lightweight and comfortable to wear, and I don't worry about it in rain or while dishwashing. I got a black and white version with a white face. Great review, thank you.

Thanks Amy, this is perfect for what you need. Indigo is pretty unbeatable in those situations. Thanks for watching!

Nice watch, currently on Amazon at £24. I prefer the Timex "Expedition" or "Scout", both of which are currently on offer too ;)

Mine arrived today and the full face is lit up with the indiglo. I'm wondering if the one you were sent is faulty?

For a 39mm and an 8" wrist, it looks like it fits fairly well

I must admit I was surprised at the fit too. Maybe I might look at more 39mm. Thanks for watching!

@@BudgetWatchReviews Dont wear it that often , part of my now 80 plus watch collection(got to get a life lol).
But i think its designed to be a tough little watch , prefer it on the nato though.

@@BudgetWatchReviews I know spent thousands on them over the past 4 yrs , just starting to sell some , most have never been worn .
Drives the missus mad , wasting money as she calls it "You only got one wrist", She has a point though, lol.
just keeping the more expensive watches now , although if i sell a few then maybe just one more ..................

Is a camper the same as a weekender?

    • @BudgetWatchReviews
      @BudgetWatchReviews  ปีที่แล้ว +1

Similar but not the same. Think the weekender is different materials? Thanks for watching!

The Weekender is not waterproof I think is the main difference.
