I am so glad I stumbled on this channel- what a delight it is watching this lady do what she has been doing all her life! And no massive chef Ego getting in the way! Don’t understand why some people want ingredients/method translated- all seems pretty clear to me- even if you don’t have an open fire! I would struggle to get all of the ingredients in my part of the UK, (curry leaves, pandan),but I’m sure this lady wouldn’t mind if I missed them out. Thank you for uploading this. Possibly the most relaxing cooking videos on TH-cam!

Preparar o alimento no chão e comer com as mãos é cultural, acredito que a maioria de nós sabemos. Estive no Vietnã por 30 dias em 2007. Presenciei, compartilhei e vivenciei essa forma de preparo. Fiquei em algumas casas de parentes vietnamitas amigos de São Paulo. As mulheres da casa vão pra cozinha e sentam em círculo no chão, legumes, verduras no chão, bacia no colo, crianças subindo na mãe. Não tem mesa e cadeiras na cozinha. Me assustei na primeira semana foi complicado me alimentar de algo não higiênico pra nós mas, me adaptei. No Vietnã não comem com as mãos, é mais na Índia. Nesses vídeos lindos aqui é tudo limpo, bacias, utensílios, a grandma, pratos, as panelas. Nas casas onde estive não era assim não, inúmeras vezes retirei cabelo da comida, pedrinha, casca. Verduras mal passava na água. Falam o tempo todo enquanto cortam, Diferente das refeições em restaurantes que eram maravilhosas e preparadas em cozinhas industrial, com bancadas, mesas, faça. A forma de viver de cada povo é cultural mas o que compreendi nas minhas andanças é que não muda nada na condição de humanos, somos todos movidos pelas mesmas necessidades humana, em todas as ações e objetivos. Gente é gente em qualquer continente. O que nos faz únicos é o Amor, é o que emana de nós através da beleza da Amada Alma. Sem essa compreensão não tem nada de diferente, não encontraremos nada em nenhum lugar do planeta, não precisamos buscar o que não é encontrado.Todas as respostas estão aqui dentro, no coração, todos os mundos, todos os povos.
