- In this composition I used soft and soothing water sounds, a very deep soundscape and distant instrument sounds that are mostly related to Tibetan themes. You can use this music for relaxation, stress relief, falling asleep, meditation, yoga and concentration.

Basically you can can visit any temple with stone flooring and you get high recharge of energy via bare foot on ground. This applies to any temple with such specifications. Our ancestors knew how to harness energy from nature for better use
