That was intense for someone just getting back into it but just the right amount of intense I think...and again I really appreciate the pace, the calmness and the proper moments of stillness with no talking or music...just having to sit with the pose! (Day 2 done!)

4/30/24 I did this practice today. You are truly the best instructor. I love that you always have such clear instructions and no empty chitchat so I can find time to relax ❤

Thank you for this class! I feel very proud of myself for completing this 50-min practice, it's definitely my first time following a class longer than 30 minutes. I am a complete beginner in yoga, i have only followed a few classes and not very consistently. But you are definitely my favorite yoga teacher, I love the way you guide us through each move. I hope I can keep following your videos and keep getting stronger. Also, following your videos was the first time I got in tune with the mindful aspect of yoga. I used to think I could never sit still and just breath, my mind would never turn off. But trying one of your restorative yoga videos was an eye opener, and I find that it helps me in the vinyasa classes as well. Thank you again for all your hard work!

I'm not really a beginner but slowing things down sure bring a different challenge. Great practice.

Actually that was intense because holding the poses for 5 breaths taxed the strength. Oh, I meant to say, "cultivates strength". Your style and approach is the most accessible I've come across and I really prefer you to anyone else.

Thank you so much for sharing this Charlie 😇 Your beginners and slow flow videos are wonderful for a beginner like me. I wish I can learn from you in person. Stay safe and take care.

Months ago this routine was difficult for myself. After some healing and breathe work, I can now flow with it. Still some difficulty with tight hamstrings. No force, happening. A nice easy flow. Still aways to go but happy with this progress. Thank you Charlie!!

It’s amazing when we come back and compare how a practice feels, sometimes I think that’s a better way to measure how we are doing ☺️ I’m so glad you are starting to notice progress.

This was an amazing session and even though I was out of breath at times and needed to take a break, I had a lot of fun doing it. I know what I’m going to be doing every day for the next week or so 😊. Thank you so much, Charlie for your encouraging and calming instructions. 🙏🏽

    I also love your videos!
You are so calm and clear and dont talk too much. Thats so important especially for me, Im learning Yoga since 2 months now.
    I have a question:
I struggle so much with getting up from the floor after Cobra or push ups. I can come down but my arms are too weak to get up again.
Is there a special way to practise this weakness?
I would appreciate it very much if you had any advise or tip for me to do push ups better?
Thanks so much for your work Charlie!
    Greetings from Austria, Christiane

It was difficult for a beginner and long too... Had to skip for few minutes and then completed the resting part😅
