Great analysis, it's always interesting learning the what it's like to live in different parts of the country. I love traveling, and videos like this really contextualize what it's like to be a local and live in different cities. I loved how you presented this, just subscribed, keep it up!
I recently sold & escaped after nearly two decades after the majority of our community had already left. It’s gone from a tight community to a replacement population landmass.
Lmao this showed up on my recommended I was like I already live there TH-cam. Theres also tons of Condos and rental apartment there. I used to live in one when graduated collage with my girlfriend the only con to those places is that the walls are thin and there are tons of families and little kids that are loud.
Really Love San Ramon am new Subscriber i would like to make Your Work More scene Showing Rather Than Showing Your office. I mean Take The videos Of the City And clips
The city itself is still good, but nowadays you see some new residents don't care about prestige come out wearing pajamas and flop flop and dirty hairs not washed for days walking around, which doesn't look nice at all. that part is a bit frustrating and going to damage the city look and reputation long term.
It’s a place for rich people! Rich! Upper middle-class at worst! If you’re not earning at least $200,000 a year, you’re struggling unless you’ve lived there forever
Thanks for the comment but I would respectfully disagree. I think people have spending problems rather than can’t afford it problems. Of course, some parts of San Ramon you are absolutely right, but it cannot be generalized like that. You can most definitely make it comfortably on far far less than that. I would also agree that buying a home would require an income like that but renting and living would not.
@@LivingintheTriValley I was a little hasty, sorry. I know you have to cut corners and have creative ways to make it there. The average single family home there is like 1.3 million and average household income $150,000 a year. If your home costs more than 3 times your annual income, you’re living above your means. Just my opinion

Thank you! I really appreciate that! Happy to hear that my videos are working. 😁

I hate the poor people who live in the condos and rental apartments. They bring down the average income in the area smh.
Any tips on how to buy a home in San Ramon? It sells so quickly....

There are no cons other than it’s really expensive
