Sebastian is such an incredible actor, and he really gets the Winter Soldier on such a fascinating, deep level. Even though he had maybe five lines and was only in a quarter of CA:WS, I left the movie with a really strong impression and understanding of him. I was instantly a fan. Beauty and talent (and incredible anime hair ;-D)--Sebastian is a gift to the world!

Even if he came back in the Infinity War, whether he survives Civil War or not, Bucky could cut off his hair if he wanted to or get in an Avenger to do it for him if he didn't want to bother going to a salon where he'd be noticed. The long hair isn't a requirement.
