I don't think that we are in euphoric state. We have to consider the capex of Govt & Private sectors. Indian consumption is driven by domestic. Further, a lot of money entered & entering through offshore investments of Indians or siphoned money coming back via share market.
At present valuation is high. After few years present valuation will look cheap.
