Solar-Battery-Grid= Pcu
Solar-Grid-Battery= Smart
Low power cut = Pcu
Medium power cut= Smt
High power cut = Hybrid.
Best mode is Smt.
Pcu mode will decrease battery life.
Hybrid mode is best if you have high power cut.

I am from Kerala.I installed utl 375w perck two panel with 12v utl rmptsolar inverter.using 12v utl 150ah battery.panel is connected parallel.Inverter shows 40v amp 3.6 like.The setting is as L battery 11.5 H 16.5 spv. Boost 14.4 spv flat 13.8 boost main 14.4 flat 13.5.After 6 clock light shows red.Battery shows low.I am using PCU mode.I am expecting your great reply.Your viedo is very understandable and useful.Thanking you.

1. If the panels are connected in Parallel, The Amperes should be Total of IMP (Written on back of panel). I shall guess 17 to 20 Amps total.
2. Low amperes can happen due to Variety of Reasons. Such as Faulty Panel, Faulty PCU or even Less load, As discussed here-

1. मेरे पास 2 पैनल हैं 12 Volt ,165 वाट के जिनकी VOC 23.04 है

Sir am currently using Luminous 200Ah solar battery with Utl gamma+. My full charge of battery goes between 14.2- 14.3 volts.
Also in smart mode, during evening till mains is reconnected, battery charge comes down to 12.5.

I have a query. I run my UTL Gamma PLUS in SMT mode. On bright sunny days, the inverter turns the mains on (screen turns bright orange) and “SPV Amp” gets down to zero (with “SPV Volt” ~59.4). In addition, there is a screen that says “SPV Hi”. Do I need to change any particular setting? I have two 300 Watt solar panels connected in series. The DC current comes from the solar panel to the inverter via a 16 A circuit breaker. The circuit breaker does not get off during “SPV Hi”. I connected two batteries of equal capacity in parallel to the inverter. I would be thankful for a solution to the problem.

मैं अपने gamma + को स्मार्ट मोड में चलाता हूँ (300 वाट के तीन पैनेल )और दिन में ग्रिड स्विच आफ कर रखता हूँ तथा ग्रिड चार्ज डिसएबलड रखता हूँ। दिन में पैनेल 30 वोल्ट 16 + एम्पस का करन्ट जनरेट कर रहा था मैने ग्रिड आन कर दिया तो मैंने देखा कि पैनेल करन्ट घटकर 30 वोल्ट 4 + Amps पर आ गया जबकि लोड में कोई परिवर्तन नही किया गया था । जैसा कि मुझे समझ में आया कि ग्रिड आन करने के बाद कुछ लोड 360 वाट [( 30x16 )- (30x4 )] ग्रिड द्वारा टेकओवर कर लिया गया जबकि पैनेल का आऊटपुट 120 वाट का रह गया । क्या यह सामान्य था या मेरी सेटिंग में कुछ परिवर्तन करना चाहिए । मैने आपके बताये अनुसार एँडवांस कैलिबरेशन कर रखा है।

Hello sir,
My utl gamma reconnect voltage setup is 11.8. I am using pcu mode.
At night (when I am checking), my battery voltage is 12.3. When I on the main (grid) switch, the utl gamma inverter is started to run load on grid.
But say that in pcu mode, inverter run load on battery if battery voltage is greater than reconnect voltage i.e. 11.8.
Why this happens?

I am using Gamma+ recently. Want to know what to set in Gramma+ because I am only using solar, without Grid supply. Using the Gamma+ 2600 model with two 150Ah batteries in series and 440. Watt 24v two panels in parallel,

Sir 30 april ko aj ke din din me 2 baje 3 335 ke panel only 7.2 amp current de rahe hai yadi grid chalu rakhte hai to. Or jab grid band hai to 19 amp sahi de raha hai sir g ye grid ke sath itni kam q de raha hai on hybrid mode

PCU mode me battery reconnect voltage par load grid se chalega, morning me wapas load grid se solar par kis condition me aayega?
When 14.5v achieved on battery or 13.5v with 100% Current. This is for TUB mode.
