Hi friend, good afternoon, I have been following your channel for a few months and thanks for your videos, they have helped me a lot. I have a question, how do you remove the glass from the doors?
I haven’t personally done it yet. I removed doors intact and left all the hardware in. If you want to remove just the glass, I’m pretty sure they have a couple ball studs on the bottom of the class that clip into plastic clips on the tracks. Probably could pop them out and pull glass out. But I haven’t even looked at it. Try that. Gonna hopefully have the frame rails in the car soon.
If I understand what you’re saying, then speaker can be put in a box from the trunk. If you don’t cut it all around and try to lift it you will likely crack the glass. Plus I’m pretty sure you will need to clean it completely for the new glass caulk

Can you just cut half the back window to lift it and get a speaker in the deck then glue it back down?
