We won't film at a casino unless we have permission - however, staff is not always up to date on filming policies and it can lead to some confusion... especially if a staff member came from a casino that does not allow filming, they may assume that is the rule everywhere. I do my best to be mindful and just let them know that I can talk to security if needed.
Some casinos do not want any interference with their players. Wynn and Encore are good examples - even if they give you permission they may revoke it if they have celebrity players who will be on the floor.
