A genuine suggestion to you guys, don't just play with the bike when you're in mountains. Always unload the LUGGAGE while crossing such water crossings. It will help the bike to survive.
It's not an easy task to remove all bags after every half an hour bcoz water crossing come after every 5-10 km and also it took lot of time.. Be careful bro..
absolutely loved this series! One suggestion is if your engine is running and the clutch is fully engaged but the bike is still not moving, then there is no point in keeping up with the revving. The only thing you'll achieve by that is burnt clutch plates. In this situation, you need to think of ways to make your bike lighter. Take the luggage off and if that doesn't work, get off the bike and slowly walk with the bike in 1st gear. It's tricky but it's your best bet. Talking from personal experience.
I have the NS 200 - March 2014 model. Done Maharashtra - Leh/Ladakh twice....you could change the spark plugs to iridium type which will provide better power and fuel consumption but overall this bike is not meant for pillion and over loading luggage like a tempo ✌
I think that an important thing to note here is the selection of bike as well. These harsh terrain with steep climbs are very hard on an engine provided in a street bike like NS200. NS is a high revving engine with most of its power delivery in the mid and higher range of rev band. These things are made to go fast! Aise terrain ke liye always try to get a bike made for it, like an adventure bike, XPulse, Adv 390, V-Storm, GS 310, Himalayan etc. Its not about being higher CC, its about the power delivery of the engine, these bikes have power in the lower range with torque distributed on the lower range as well allowing it to easily pull through harsh, rocky and slippery terrains. The NS is clearly under a lot of pressure with all the luggage and a pillion too!!! you can hear the engine struggling at such a lower rev range with low torque. Tires also matter a lot and it directly affects how the engine will perform.
This is the most adventurous road and most adventurous motor vlog i have ever seen i follow nearly 4-5 five moto vlogers no one covered these roads great work and great adventure love ❤️ from telangana. I love Jharkand personally even i have friends 👌👌

The condition of road in Zansker to Manali seems good hope it will be batter in coming times wit full of macdamise roads, earlier the condition of Zanskar -Manali road was very rough from zero point
What were you even thinking of by taking a 200cc toy in such dangerous roads that too fully loaded ! Please come with more powerful bikes meant for adventure riding or go for only tarmac roads. Complete madness. But hats off to your brother Abhinav, crazy riding skills in water crossing

The problem is that people from the cities has no experience how to ride in this part of the country or place you give a lot of stress to your engines which is already at it's maximum or even beyond it's capability and also people ride on half clutch trying to climb on bigger gears using your clutch so that's the mistake you make and this sort of problem is what you face in the middle of nowhere where there is no habitat nor a repairing place to mend your bike...On the top of that you're traveling with a pillion rider and on top you've got luggage too, so for a 200-250cc bikes that's alot stress for your engine...🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
Firstly you watch full episode (specially ep 3,4) of Ladakh series then u come to know why I took this much luggage with pillion rider, and we gain experience day bay day not from birth😎
Few opinions- unload luggage when you have this kind of "river" crossing 😂 2nd- don't just rev the engine all the way while in half clutch,the clutch will get burned faster than you think.
