Argentine Asado in Canada with Family

Welcome to another Argentinian barbecue in Canada! We did not expect that our first video of the barbecue (asado) was going to be seen more than 250,000+ views. After reading comments and suggestions, we decided to shoot a second video, to see if we could make a more authentic Argentine Asado with supplies we have here in Canada.
We had to find an Argentinean butcher shop in Toronto, because most of the Canadian supermarkets do not sell the cuts of meat one can get in Argentina.
Asado Argentino We bought: Vacio, Bife de Chorizo, Asado de Tira, Chorizos, and we also ordered Morcilla but they forgot to give it to us.
For the roast we used charcoal to cook the asado pairing it with a Malbec wine from Mendoza, a Russian Salad, a Mixed Salad, Meat Empanadas, and a lot of Chimichurri.
After we ate dessert: Dulce de Batata with Chocolate and Cheese, Vanilla Ice Cream with Dulce de Leche, and a few others.
