- Here is my way too early 2023 NASCAR driver lineup prediction for the NASCAR Cup Series. This only includes full-time drivers and not backmarkers who get lapped every race. I hope you enjoy the video and put your thoughts in the comments.
I think that Ryan Preece will drive the 10. Also I could see Noah Gragson driving the 16 for Kaling racing fulltime or, if jr motorsports goes to cup, then I could see him going there.
Yeah, I was debating Ryan Preece but just think Hemric has a little bit more talent and potential. Both are previous cup drivers which also makes it interesting
I think Hemric is happy with where he is rightnow. As for the 21, the Wood brothers knew what they signed up for. If you watch the mainstream (REAL) nascar youtubers, they all said Harrison is a long-term project. Besides, he brings in most of their funding. I also think Preece gets the 10 and idt AJ wants to race full-time cup. As for Project 91, that isn't a full-time car and idt they would do that plus add a 3rd full-time car. There aren't enough charters and I still think JRM is going to buy JTG and put Noah in that car with Bass Pro, Black Riffle, and Wendy's
JTG signed an extension with Wrecky Spinhouse so they'll probably be part time until they can get a charter
A.J Allmedinger Said That He Didn't Want To Drive Full-Time In Cup Anytime Soon , Honestly I Think The 16 Will Be The Same Drivers As This Year Without Noah Gragson , I Think Gragson Will Go To Either The 42 Or The 10 , And Erik Jones (I Believe) Has Signed The 43 For Next Year Too
i can see a lot of these but Erik Jones to the 91 defeats the whole purpose of project 91, i think Josh Berry goes to a part time Jr Motorsports car like the 88
I think it looks like 19 will be Truex's car next year for the last time. It is Kyle Busch that still have not got a primary sponsor for the 18 next year, and we could see him to a third team with his brother and Bubba Wallace. JHN to the 18 or Justin allgeir for 1 year until Ty Gibbs is ready.
The only one I disagree with is Erik Jones to project 91 because the 91 car isn't meant to be a full-time 3rd track house car at least not yet
I see the 91 car becoming full time next year with trackhouse doing another car number part time. But maybe Jones has a different number with Trackhouse. But I feel like if he doesn't go to Trackhouse, he'll stay in the 43

Harrison Burton has got to go!
I agree. He has done nothing with the 21 car this year. Matt DiBenedetto and Paul Menard did so much better than him in that car. Not even close to the playoff bubble.
Agreed, Burton is in the 21 only because he brought money from DEX Imaging
