@@RobertK1993 Totally agreed - Die Another Day had a great femme fatale in the form of Miranda Frost (a literal ice queen in all senses - Rosamund Pike's true potential in Gone Girl was like a Miranda Frost v2.0) but it looks like they spent more time on product placement, too many flashy scenes and simply ripped off bits of Diamonds are Forever for the script ("Hmm, that Icarus thing really looks familiar...") If they did a mole hunt story, with Bond hunting a mole in the 00's with Toby (another 00) and Rosamund (as Miranda) either allies, rivals or enemies to a Bond being hunted down would have been awesome. Mind you, my dream came true in a way - it became Skyfall - and, because Die Another Day was a disappointment, they went back to roots with Casino Royale which was ultimately Bond going back to his roots. Ah, well, c'est la vie.
Hang on! Isn't that Alfred Molina recycling his old Hercule Poirot accent ('Murder on the Orient Express' - 2001) on Blofeld? Tom Conti (as Largo) displays a much more believable Italian accent than Robert Rietty in the film (whose work of dubbing Adolfo Celi I wonder if necessary).
@@kaijudirector5336 Rubbish. I’ve heard him speak English undubbed in several films. There really was no reason to dub him at all. They dubbed anyone who had even the slightest accent back then.
This is beautiful I prefer this radio drama version to the 1965 film. Love Connery as Bond but the film version was too long and somehow boring and the character of Domino was reduced from a strong woman to a submissive one, which I find absurd

Toby Stephens _had_ to be thoroughly in-character having done so many of these. It really makes watching Die Another Day (2002) more interesting.
He was an awesome Bond villian just script was all over the place.
