Yes..each time he came to malaysia i never missed his program..quite a number of dancers in malaysia at that time did arangetram under master Lakshman..people use to flock the civic center hall just to listen to his aalap..i picked up the habit if mimicking his aalap..i got a set of nattuvangam from him which was my aspiration to learn nattuvangam..listening to his voice after so many years makes my eyes swell with tears..see how clean her adavus, mudras and abhinayam are..that is the quality of Lakshman sir's students..i wish someone could post sir's nee uraippai hanumane..
