I also thought about this combo. Unfortunately, not only does plagues get hard countered by Kil'jaeden as you pointed out, but the 8 hands actually increases their chances of drawing Kil'jaeden...So the plan fails if Kil'jaeden is in their deck at all.
I will definately try this! Although i'm thinking. Most of the high mana cost cards, are the same in all decks. I'm who doesn't have Endless Expanse, Zilliax, Kil'Jaeden, Yogg? Reno, Reska. Mostly you'll both have the same cards left.
I think the main focus isn’t playing 8 hands immediately especially if you don’t have the resources to back it up although it’s an interesting idea still
I do have a couple of shaman decks that I can play in just not too sure when I’ll play and post them considering there will be nerfs soon and I’m guessing shaman might get hit the hardest of the nerfs
I personally have this expansions battlepass but there isnt much benefit aside from the bonus exp. and the cosmetics you get. the exp. is really healpful to getting to lvl 100 and getting more coins through the bonus coins but aside from that theres no benefits. I still think its the most value for the cost but aside from that I hope it helps you with your judgement.

You’re so caught up that you even missed this 21:56 huge misplay from the opponent (they reduced by 3 the cost of a Prep). I hope I’m not sounding rude. It’s just that so many HS complain so much while playing, even when using fun decks. On one of your Spaceship Hunter vids, you used King Plush to shuffle like 3 or 4 Zilliaxes into a Druid’s almost empty deck. They drew it and you were like “uuuuurgh. Of COURSE they just drew it! I can’t believe this!” Idk. A ton of his very few cards were Zilliaxes. Of course there was a high chance of them drawing it. I think it was the same game where you were really trying to get a Yodeller and got frustrated. I understand, but those are 2 out of over 20 cards in your deck. What if they are the 2 at the very bottom? You can complain. That’s fine. It’s just the amount and nature of your complains that saddens me, cuz I really think you can do better. “Urgh. This warrior played freaking Brawl! Wtf!?” - like...yeah...that’s a very common warrior card they would probably have by turn 8. That and other board clears. Sometimes, it feels like the only thing that would make you happy was if all an opponent did was play cards and minions that don’t affect *your* cards and minions OR game plan whatsoever, then roll over and lose.
@ self reflection is an ability we develop rather than one we’re born with. I recall you mentioning your HS inspirations/creators you like and Ecore being one. Ecore was such a complainer, bruv. Do you know why he left the game? He hadn’t being playing in a long time. Came back for a theorycraft event. Made a bad deck (which is a normal thing). Then proceeded to lose to Concierge Druid repeatedly. Then, declared it *absolutely* broken. The deck was never top tier and Concierge was quickly nerfed. The card didn’t even get what people wanted, “can’t cost less than one.” Now, people don’t even remeber it was ever a menace at all. He didn’t know enough about or cared to know about Hearthstone. Complaining was easier. And that’s how he was for his entire HS streaming career. That’s why I stoped watching him. I couldn’t take the whining any longer. Even though he played fun decks too. I mentioned him, because perhaps you are drawn to these types of creators and don’t even realise it might be because you may have a similar mindset to them.
That probably won’t happen since I don’t play duels at all unfortunately aside from standard the only type of content I can see me playing at the moment is arena
nice one.. and thumps up... still not liking the loud annoying music though.. just being honest. You have a nice voice and the loud music is unbearable. Maybe do a poll or something to get some feedback about this. From all the hearthstone creators you are the best at the moment, fun decks with a good explanation. No music or much less loud (and less annoying) would be much better.. for me. But it is also possible that I am the annoying one.. :)
