Aaah.... I remember this place, I visited several years back. Isnt the green building in the beginning a mall called "Lot 10" or something like that? Pretty nice to see it again. (the place "Suria" is it there or in Petronas?) Thanks for the upload!
Bukit Bintang area are now carrying out renovation works, new buildings, new roads and repair, the surrounding streets are too severe for now. But still worth a visit if you use the MRT to get there

whatever, boleh bah curi tu budaya lain asalkan budaya itu baik. seperti budaya kebersihan. Ya kita harus mencontohi budaya itu. Budaya hormat menghormati, ya kita boleh ambik budaya itu menjadi budaya kita. itu lah maksud dan rasional budaya agar kita belajar antara satu sama lain. bukan sion sendiri dengan budaya masing-masing. kalau siok sendiri dengan budaya masing-masing sampai bila pun enggak akan maju. tidak ada budaya dan bangsa terbaik di dunia. Tuhan tidak pernah menciptakan budaya yang terbaik. yang ada adalah Tuhan menyeru kita agar berkenal-kenalan dan belajar mencontoh apa yang baik.
