Why interim dividend can't be declared for the 1st quater of the financial year??? It can be declared from the accumulated p/l as per sec 123(3).
Neha ... FOR the first quarter , or, IN the first qtr .... ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS .... !! Think logically why would BOD like to declare Interim dividend in the first qtr for current ongoing FY.
