2018 the lake over flowed , and flooded the Jocotepec sign , so much so they temp. moved the sign , back in 1999 the lake was so low you could not see it from the Chapala malecon pier.
Absolutely. Spoken like a true New Yorker! If you don't go looking for trouble, it most likely won't find you! ;) The world is a complicated place these days & it doesn't hurt to wise up, however, we can still enjoy our paradise. Everyone is different so there is no one solution as to what that is for each and every one of us. And every day for an expatriate will not be perfect, just like it was at home. However, Mexico is definitely a land of opportunity. Mexico is on the come up while sadly, other nations NOB (North of the Border) are having some significant struggles. We need to challenge our preconceptions. Things are changing fast & in 20 years, people will stop constantly asking if Mexico is "safe." It will be at a very different standard of living.
I do believe that you are absolutely correct! Mexico is definitely on the rise very quickly and has so much to offer people more than just an "inexpensive" quality of life.
Yes! You should reconsider your move! Lake Chapala has horrible traffic, is hot most of the year in my opinion , and the bobo’s are worse than the algae. There was literally a shootout in the beginning of the year! As a resident of Chapala myself, I am considering moving.
You're clear and audible. 👍
Thanks so much! 😊👍
Crap, I missed your live! Good information Joe.
No worries! Thanks Cindy! 👋🏽💖
The reason you don’t have any comments is because you covered the video very nicely. Thanks for sharing. God bless you and yours.
Thank you so much, I'm grateful for your beautiful words and support my friend 🙏🏻
