I have one, almost a year. I use it three times a week. I love it but fabric is now disintegrating , rings that hold the Draw string were the first thing to come loose, and fabric isn't as water resistant as I would like it to be. Bag is pricey, could have used a nice durable water resistant nylon in place of the fabric with the no so durable plastic like coating inside the bag. Now looking for a replacement bag for the cart, not another of the same quality.

It does NOT lock in place, notice how they are quick to grasp it after folding. You'll need bungee cords and it's a pain if your taking it on public transportation.

I think you’re supposed to take off the bag and put it in your car and then fold up the trolley to go wherever.
