I recently discovered Dusty and can't get enough. My wife is a teacher and been using "we're having a good time" in her middle school class. Hoping to catch a live show in middle TN.
I was at the Washington State Fair show & I am one of a select few people in Puyallup who is a Dusty Slay fan. My brother and I only went to the fair that evening for the purpose of seeing Aaron and Dusty live. It turned out to be one of the best experiences. Although, I would like to enjoy the show indoors and sitting down next time. Thanks for a great show!

I grew up in Puyallup. I graduated from high school on that stage. As weird now as it was in 1999!
I've been to that fair before. I think they had a demolition derby in that same arena.

Lol, the Jaywalking thing in San Diego is real. I'm from the deep south, where jaywalking is just something that you do.
I did it twice in San Diego, and was stopped by police and fussed at both times.

The Missouri State Fair would have been a lot like this last summer but there would have been seats on the track. Since that show got canceled I'm glad I got to see you in Springfield on Saturday! Great show!

I've been watching your videos and I tried listening to a couple of your podcasts. It's really good and I even love your theological and political comments so far.
Your event at the Puyallup event reminds me of a Kenny Rogers concert I went to when I was about 10 in 1987 at the Colorado State Fair.

In a large distance situation like the arena, just pretend the camera/s are audience members and play to them frequently. The large screen/s will do the rest.
In 1976 I stayed at my brother's place up in the Haigh for three or four months. Down on Market or around Union Square you would encounter pan handlers. Once this guy approached me and said "hey, how about giving me five dollars". I reached in my pocket and pulled out the five quarters which were in there and handed them to him. He looked at the quarters in his hand, grabbed my hand and put the quarters back in it and meekly said..."thanks man, but I'm looking for five dollars".....and turned and walked away.

I listened to your podcast from I think September 8th where you were talking about the Bible, and I always think it’s hilarious when people ask me things like “you REALLY believe a man got swallowed by a whale and survived?” I always say to those kinds of questions, IF God created everything and He does exist, would He be able to make that happen? To which they concede. And I’m like, is it REALLY that surprising that I believe that then?lol I believe He made everything, out of NOTHING! How much easier is it to flood the earth and save one family, part the Red Sea, make a great fish swallow a man and keep him alive, or even come down from heaven and make it possible for anyone who believes to have eternal life? I mean, creating everything from nothing is the biggest thing isn’t it?lol 🤦♂️ anyway, I really enjoyed that podcast. May God bless you and your family abundantly brother!

Flies live max 30 days. They have about a 4 second memory and can't remember anything when they're starving. So 5 seconds later on your arm is like 90 minutes later to a fly compared to human lifespan. Not exactly, but it's funny to think about.

My sons tried the talent show at the Puyallup fair. Weird show run by a talent coach featuring mostly her obnoxious students. We weren’t at the stage/field/bleachers area at least. Had to listen to more than a few 6 year olds with “big voices” shouting/singing into a loud microphone….say ouch for your eardrums. All her students were “somehow” more talented than everyone else. Too bad you didn’t see these people, you would have had some great jokes for your show. What were they thinking with the stage then huge dirt field between the audience???
I don't know if you actually like editing videos because if you do that's totally cool. But if you ever want somebody to edit for you and save you some time I will totally do that for you
