    Wow, gorgeous video, gorgeous treck! :)
    Thanks for taking the time to put this together and share it.
    Looks like the new tent handled the winds with no problem! Definitely show this video to the next person on r/MYOG who questions the sturdyness of the door toggle you designed! Lol. Also, I don't recognize the pack that was hanging on the sign... Is it another MYOG you haven't shared yet!?😍
    Edit: oh wait, is the pack your newer 30L design?

      Thanks mate!
      Yes, its the newer "bigger" FastPack made out of Ultra 100. Will present it once I have finished the regular size FastPack in Ultra 100 as well. :)

    Hello, did you spend the night above the dam in Vallehermoso? If so, is it easy to see? Does it deviate from the route? greetings

      No, I honestly just continued walking until I found some reasonable flat spot along the trail. 😅

    I am also going to go hiking in La Gomera, gR132+131. I have a question, do I need to bring a tent? Is it possible to hike without a tent?

    • @vanCapere
      @vanCapere  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are only few accomodations along the way, so it could be rather tricky without a tent (or bivy). Depending on your planing and organization it could still be doable though.

    Sehr coole Tour.
    Ging das mit den Vivos gut? (Wegen dem scharfkantigen Lavagestein)

    Hast Du so viel Urlaub?

    • @vanCapere
      @vanCapere  ปีที่แล้ว

      Ja und nein - vieles davon ist auch mit dem Beruf (z.B. Fortbildungen) kombiniert (u.a. der Trip nach Mallorca oder die Säntis Besteigung in der Schweiz). :)

    What was the ground like mostly? 3mm CCF fine or is it often very hard and rocky?

    • @vanCapere
      @vanCapere  ปีที่แล้ว

      I've used 3mm CCF all the way but I'm also used to it by now! Mostly it's rather rocky and thus can be a bit hard.

      @@vanCapere Hm I'll think I'll bring a torso inflatable (also for Lanzarote, Fuerteventura) and the ccf, thank you :)

    Did you ever have windy rain?

    • @vanCapere
      @vanCapere  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, a lot in the evenings actually. One time in the tent and one time I was in a hotel - there has been a proper storm warning that evening.

      @vanCapere  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tobiasottinger5200 I've never used it, so can't say anything for sure. If I recall you definitely have to seam seal it.

      @@vanCapere yeah for sure, the thing is that the poncho as rain gear is not great for wind, especially when you want to transition to shelter mode and vice versa
