This comes from David's new project, the DVD Stories and Songs Vol. One, recorded in an acoustic setting at his farm. He tells the stories behind some of the songs he's written and/or recorded during his career. And yes, he's always had the vocal runs in his solo work. Thanks for the reaction.

David writes a lot of his music and he always re-arranges everything to be just a bit more unique. This one I appreciated very much that he kept the instrumentation simple and elegant and allowed the lyric and voice to sound out! @@TopherReacts I agree you were talking at a key point where the cellist played a superb part [6:02] on the cello. When I listened/watched David's video, I had to rewind several times at that spot because it was magnificent playing on her part. Please, don't sing along. 😐
