That's a very good deck, it has the glass heads, same as their cassette decks, they are the best, will last much longer than the other brands, as far as the heads go. I have Teac and Pioneer R to R's and their heads are worn. I had that same model in my shop, the only thing wrong was the belt on the tape counter broke.
I have this deck it's a great one. It has glass heads to last forever, good moters. It will give you years of enjoyment. Congratulations a great trade. The speakers I don't think are original the reel to reel deck does not have an internal amp. The deck is worth about $475 to $600
