Enzymes Experiment - The effect of temperature on catalase in liver.

This experiment demonstrates the effect temperature has on the activity of enzymes (Catalase).
This experiment can be modified to determine the effects of pH levels on enzymes. Replace the beakers with water at different temperatures with different substances (pH range).

Cow, but you can use any one. The liver can also be substituted with potato (potato juice extract).
