In door 200, just know that the second and third stage entities aren’t dangerous as they require you to stay completely still, the only thing you need to really worry about are the hands, otherwise keep parkouring!
I have a theory, maybe the reason why seek kills the grumble at the end is because of what they did to screech at door 150(screech piles), the devs did say that seek and screech were related so seek might've gotten revenge on them by killing their queen.
During the first figure part, I learned an easy trick where I run near the entrance of the room to get him to come to my area, then I hide nearby so that after he investigates the spot that I ran in he walks to the other side of the room and I can follow behind him sneakily and get to the other side easily.
2:35 The best way to choose the timing for the jump is to click on the jump when the floor from which you will jump disappears behind the screen, you need to do this immediately, you also need to tilt the camera slightly down for this. It helps me in all cases.
For dam seek, make sure you jump to platforms close to you. I tried jumping to one just a little to far from me and (because of some weird collision I think) wasn't able to make it onto the platform. Besides that, you can also jump on rocks on the walls of the dam, then fall to reach pumps without needing to platform.
Few more tips: 1. Mind your inventory limit. You can't grab 10 items on hand. (10 unique items: EG: 1. Flashlight. 2. Lighter. 3. Candle. 4. Bulklight. 5. Shears. 6. Vitamins. 7. Lockpicks. 8. Skeleton Keys. 9. Crucifix. 10. Door Key) That's what the line at the bottom means. You can grab a maximum of 6-7 items. 2. Grab the bandage pack, sure it may cost 100 knobs but bandaids are significantly common than rare (if HP was wasted). 3.Always stock up on batteries. Battery packs are rare but has a chance to spawn in Door 101. So make sure to check the drawers, item lockers and toolboxes. 4. It's common seeing someone get jumpscared by Giggle. Always shine a bright light at them, or throw a Glowstick at them. (BONUS: You can get 2 or more at the same time using the Bulklight. A badge is rewarded by throwing a glowstick at Giggle) 5. Time everything perfectly. The broken bridge jumps and the pipeline jumps have gaps. So time them perfectly or you'll end up wasting 10-15 minutes of your time to 30-50 minutes. (Depending on what section you are in) 6. Listen closely using max volume or with headphones. You may hear an incoming rush or Ambush or neither. (because of the false alarms) It also helps in the anchor restoration in Door 150. 7. Firedamp lights. You can use a Glowstick since it has very little to no chance of igniting. 8. Figure Lure. Try and avoid him if possible, if not. Throw a glowstick to lure him away. 9. Mind the Door Number. Dupe can spawn multiple times from spawning the past door. The next door, the next two doors or the door you're currently in. 10. Be as resourceful as possible. Rooms in the second and third figure appearance is a way of using up your glowsticks trying to lure figure away. Door 150 is a way to use up most or all your resources. So use them wisely.
4:04 CaptainJackAttack , Thank u for letting me know where are the anchors and all that stuff in a map and because of you , I beat door 150!!! But the thing is , that same match I got to door 200 but I unfortunately lost causing me to quit floor 2 and tbh I died in door 200 because of skill issue.
A lot of people don't know how to do math in The Nest- so here I am, helping you. Every anchor after the first will contain a sticky note with a "plus" or "minus" sign and a number on it. That note dictates the amount the digits have been "shifted" by. Examples: a.If the terminal gives the code "439" and the note says "-2," subtract 2 from each digit: 4 − 2 = 2; 3 − 2 = 1; 9 − 2 = 7, which means that the player types in "217". The screen on the anchor, however, will show the original numbers, in this case: "439". b. If a digit goes beyond 0, subtract it back from 9: code "109" and a "-2" sticky note = enter "987." c. Same goes for addition: code "703" and a "+5" sticky note = enter "258".
Just saw your previous video and I just wanted to say thank you for the tips you gave when reaching door 150! I was able to get past that door after so long! Thank you for these tips CaptainJack :)
Not going to lie, when i got my winning run I just took it slowly, I only took to navigating the tunnels in areas that typically didn't have Grumbles patrolling that run and waiting them out on their patrol routes, if I even saw one at a far distance turned away I still wouldn't go, one of their typical moves is to double back on themselves, also it does help to not have music or lowering the volume of the in-game soundtrack (via settings) to get a clear read on your surroundings whether it's anchor hunting or trying to listen for the Grumbles. Also I'd recommend you try having a battery pack, bandage pack, or both because you never know what could happen, whether it's a screech evading your sight (or you didn't hear it over the Grumbles sounds or maniacal laughing) to a Grumble catching you off guard, even you being forced to rely on glowsticks or the laser pointer due to multiple pursuits or just trying to find your way through (the laser pointer is not bad it's just good for signals, blinding the Giggles, and finding doors but a horrible light source in this place) (Hopefully this little tangent helped you dear reader, devise a strategy to beat door 150, good luck runners and remember if you're caught out, choose a god, pray, and make your appeal.)
I also recommend using glowsticks on door 150 as you walk so you'll know where to go. Just like placing down torches as you walk in a cave in minecraft.
@@yanisgribissa2057 Yeah, that's similar to something i did, instead of marking routes, i marked rooms, if i cleared it, if it was completely safe or just to mark a anchor's location.

The tunnel would explain how the Grumbles can move back and forth between the two levels, though.
