i also like load my brush with product and then spray the brush with elf mist and set spray and it makes it just pop a little bit more, you can also spray your face and apply while your face is still wet

The elf highlighter has a dry layer in top of it! Once you sort of scratch off the layer, you'll find the soft highlight!!!
Omg that lipstick color is absolutely gorgeous😍 Also for the elf highlighter, they coat it with something weird so if you scrape off the top layer, it's stunning!💓

Try scraping the top layer of the elf highlighter and it should be more pigmented! It was in Kathleen's January faves and it really does work!!

i used to have oily skin. but now i have dry skin. i kinda dont want the finish of my face after foundation. but the good thing is i dont touch up very often now

I have experienced both and honestly having it oily is better. The skin gets flakey and looks dead when it's dry
it STINKS having dry skin ugh
I have extremely dry skin and im still acne prone. When i wash my face, it feels super dry and tight. If i forget to moisturize in the morning, it feels like death. It's kind of like when you have super dry skin around your lips of you lick them alot except for all over your face. But the thing is I don't have to worry about getting oily or setting my makeup.

I’m sure people have already covered this but just in case, Nikkie with the E.L.F. Moonlight Pearls Highlighter if you scrape off a thin top layer it’s much more pigmented and also as always with baked highlighters when used wet, it is absolutely BLINDING!!!

Scrape the top layer of the elf highlighter and you will have a BLINDING highlight. Trust me, it's like the top layer is blah so scrape the top layer off and you'll be blown away with how much more intense the glow is ✨💯👍🏻
