Time and again, the unthinkable happens: the protagonist of a story looks up to a popular, heroic icon with a history of battling evil, but after meeting them in person, it seems their moral code was only skin-deep. isn’t it King Andrias redeemed he should’ve been on this list. He’s redeemed in the series finale. He should’ve been on cartoon villains, who turned good. Along with Lloyd‘s father. Doofenshmirtz and Rex.

Most of thouse guys aren't even heroes to start(neutral or regular persons maybe but not heroes), Yellow Diamond started as a villain that redeemed, Scar lived and died as a vilain, Van Kleins is the same. Azmuth is never a villain, sure some of his actions may be questionable, but never a bad guy.
Aku description also is very contradictory, as is stated the he was neultral not a hero, Mojo Mojo becomes evil () due jealousy and resentment (as far i remmember) of the Power Puff Girls but he wasn't a hero, in fact he was chaotic and irrational monkey lab that destroys Utonium Prof lab equipment.
Azmuth is not a villain he's a ally of the main hero ben tennyson
It should be Vilgax (Ben 10 Reboot) : Vilgax was once azmuth's assistant who turned evil and became a world conqueror due to him craving the omnitrix for world domination
Even better though, Albedo in the main series. He was also Azmuth's assistant and, even shown in an Omniverse episode, once helped out Ben when he was still a Galvin. He turned evil because he felt like Azmuth was getting all of the credit for their work (pretty much jealously)

… Ok… Megatronus has a more complex backstory, Liege manipulated him which led to him killing Solus prime, and that led to his fall.
Azmuth isn’t even a villain, he created the Omnitrix to get a better understanding of species of the universe, it was people like Vilgax who turned it into a weapon.
Plus his love died and he did get manipulated by Emperor Palpatine those are the reasons why he became evil in the first place.

1:33 King Andrias didn't have a desire for power and he didnt betray his friends, he was per preasured and influenced by his dad and nervous about becoming a king,while he did his actions one of his friends took a music box that allowed Andrias to travel to other diminsions which he saw as betrayal which made him send his another friend (who was a soilder) to a diffrent post in a fit a rage.

Mayor Humdinger used to be just a rival to Mayor Goodway in Paw Patrol in season 1 for Pup Pup and Away and Pups Take The Cake, the Paw Patrol help Mayor Goodway win a hot air balloon race against Mayor Humdinger in Pup Pup and Away and in Pups Take The Cake the Paw Patrol help Mr.Porter beat Mayor Humdinger in a cake contest and with losing against both Mayor Humdinger turned into a villain to cause havoc in Adventure Bay and constantly cheat in everything like a race or contest or game show, and cause all sorts of trouble, also for when he doesn't get his way or win the way he wants to well he results into crying like a little baby.
