This video is filmed February 2020,in port of tilbury, United Kingdom during the layup.
This video is for ship's crew training purposes only. It contains of mes (MARINE EVACUATION SYSTEM) deployment training and liferaft launching procedures. This liferaft will used only in real emergency or abandon ship. And the MES is used to embark to liferaft. So all crew must be trained properly.. MES is an appliance for the rapid transfer of persons from the embarkation deck of a ship to a floating survival craft. Escape systems are based on slide or chute methods. Slide systems consist of a gas-inflated slide and an inflated boarding platform
Thank you for watching

Wow, that looks like a lot of steps to remember!
Not really. But this is the most easy way to escape during abandon ship. Compare on the old days they need to climb the ladder.
Wow galing ng instructor nyo ,ganyan pala pag emergency evacuation...
Yes po eto ung paraan sa emergency?
Excellent
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks for sharing..
My pleasure
Its a nice show
Thank you
I wonder if they train to do this in rough seas
It's not easy for sure in heavy weather.
When was this filmed?
This filmed was 2 years ago, 2020,in port of tilbury.
ang tikas hehe
Thank you tol, para mapanood ng crew kahit vacation.
Never trust a guy who wears a mask outside 😂😂😂
😊😊
The instructor does not have a clew about how to operate self tailing winch or how to secure a rope!!
I think he know Bro. He Just struggling before while winching because the rope didn't secure properly.
These guys could barely manage to deploy the raft and clamber down that ridiculous escape tower to the raft docked in port. Imagine them trying this from a sinking ship in a gale-hope the crew are good swimmers. Looks like a terrible system
You are right sir. Going down the chute is not that easy especially if the weather is bad. Let's imagine that it's in the port and the sea is calm but it still takes time before getting off the liferaft, what if the wind is rough and strong.
Now imagine the old way, with everyone climbing down rope ladders to the raft.
This is a significant improvement.
Too slow
Yes mate. Not really fast to go down in. The chute.. Because its zigzag to go down. But thank you for watching and see u in My other vedio 😊
